i just gotta give charles madd props.......for being a super kick-ass drummer....and a helluva nice guy!!! i'm not familiar with charles past work....but seeing him perform with diablo in sacramento on 7.17 .....goddamn that boy can play!!! then after the set....i had the huge honor of meeting him with billy & ricky.....he was just the coolest...kindest...most kick-ass...down to earth guy.........good people that mr. ruggiero i saw him wandering around the crowd sometime after their signing that i missed......asked him if he would sign something for me.....mebbe get billys sig if he could.......big C says gimmee a few min.......and comes back like 10min later...with a diablo poster signed by the entire band.......as well as a free copy of the cd....with the sleeve also signed by the band!!! completely blew me away.......he really went the extra mile on that one.....i was just hopin for a chicken scratch on a piece of paper.....and the guy herded all the diablo boys to sign swag just for lil ol me......wow......he dont know me for shit.....im just a fan........me & billy are online friends....but the rest of the band dont know me ....nor have any reason to go out of their way for me......im STILL trippin how friendly and down to earth they were......DAMN GOOD PEOPLE!!! but in addition to meeting my hero billy.....as well as great guy ricky.......i have to say......charles made a HUGE FUCKING IMPRESSION on me!! he singlehandedly put the cherry on top of my diablo/ozzfest experience......and i cant thank him enuff.......best day of my fucking life!!! ....thankx charles....u fukn rawk dude!!!
